Certified Professional Negotiator ™ Certification
A 12-hour program. The CPN teaches participants a proven system to understanding not only what a negotiation is in practice, but to understand and differentiate between different approaches to negotiations depending on the particular situation.
Participants will engage in 12 hours of online-live training followed by four weeks of applied activities that will result in a submission of the SLA CPN exam and portfolio requirements.
